Our private dining area offers a unique indoor/outdoor experience and is perfect for everything from corporate retreats and holiday parties to baby and bridal showers and beyond. Available daily for daytime and evenings events.

The Sounder invites you to host your next occassion in our private dining room, located near the front of the restaurant and opening to the outdoor patio. With various menu, event format, and room layout options available, we’re confident our team can turn your vision into a fully-executed, turnkey experience.

  • Approximately 100 guests for an indoor/outdoor experience. Individually, the private dining room accommodates 60 guests, and the outdoor patio accommodates 34.

  • Events are held to a Food & Beverage Minimum. Weekday evening events must meet $500 per hour, and weekend evenings $1,000 per hour through food and beverage purchases.

  • Clients may select between passed hors d’oeuvres and/or a buffet-style seated dinner. Our Event Manager will be happy to guide you through the options and make recommendations based on a cocktail party-style reception or more formal seated event.

  • All beverages are charged on consumption, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties. Clients may elect to offer their guests limited beverage menus, such as wine and beer only or select liquor drinks and signature cocktails. 

  • Yes, a bluetooth-enabled mobile projector and screen are available upon request.
